Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cargo World Connect ("we", "us", or "our"), including our website, authenticated portals, and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Cargo World Connect is a B2B logistics marketplace that enables Service Seekers to post private freight queries and Service Providers to submit structured quotes. We facilitate introductions and communications but are not a party to contracts formed between users. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or suitability of any quote, schedule, or provider profile.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure.
• Service Provider accounts require compliance review before full marketplace access is granted.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes related to freight and logistics.
• Do not post misleading shipment information, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape protected data, or interfere with platform security.
• Do not use the Service to circumvent platform fees, badge rules, or lead visibility settings.
• Respect the confidentiality of private query details and quotes shared through the Service.

4. Service Seeker Responsibilities

Service Seekers are responsible for the accuracy of query information, uploaded documents, and communications with Service Providers. Quotes received through the platform are offers from independent providers; you must perform your own due diligence before accepting any commercial terms.

5. Service Provider Responsibilities

Service Providers must maintain accurate company profiles, valid compliance documents, and truthful quote submissions. Approved providers must honour badge and membership rules configured by the platform. We may revoke access for expired memberships, rejected applications, or policy violations.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a licence to host, display, and process it as needed to operate the Service. Platform software, branding, and design elements are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Schedules and Directory Information

Published vessel schedules and directory listings are provided for informational purposes. We do not warrant their completeness or timeliness. Ops and provider-submitted data may change without notice.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service or dealings with other users.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
